Cancellation Policy: We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy an Adaptive Mobility training course, you agree to our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

Terms of Use: Purchase of this product is intended for the single use and is not to be shared with multiple students.

Refund Policy: Online Courses: A full refund is available for requests made within 7 days of purchase. The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the content or downloads. Workshops: Students are eligible for a full refund for requests made more than 30 days prior to the workshop date. The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the content. Cancellations within 30 days of the workshop may be considered for transfer to an alternate date within one year of the cancellation but are not eligible for a refund. An administrative fee of $150 may apply for cancellations made after 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request. For refund requests, please call 484-650-2280. Workshops: We appreciate that students are investing time and resources to attend live workshops. In the event that the scheduled workshop instructor is unable to participate, every effort will be made to hire a qualified replacement instructor. Students will be informed. If Adaptive Mobility is unable to secure a qualified replacement, students will be offered a full refund of the workshop enrollment fee. AMS is not responsible for reimbursing any travel or lodging expenses incurred by the student.
